I truly enjoyed staying in this littlesmall hotel. I had a tasty and very good breakfast with fresh pastries & cereal, the food was fine. The location was marvellous, so close to the waterfront and the interior design was nice;)))

I loved having breakfast on the terrace while enjoying views of Mt. Vesuvius. The comfortable bedding ensured a restful night's sleep after exploring the nearby attractions. Staff members provided excellent recommendations for dining options in the vibrant neighborhood.

The room was comfy and neat with a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet in the functional bathroom. Plus it had good view of courtyard. The check in was very quick, the staff was obliging.

Thank you for a fine stay for our one night in Naples. The location is excellent, 1 km from a large public square. Btw, it's set in a really beautiful area very close to areas of interest as well as boats to Capri and water's edge.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel is amazing location for catching the ferry at Molo Beverello Port. We enjoyed the good breakfast with an array of Neapolitan delicacies. Our room had a lovely view, and it was comfortable for the whole family including our dog.

My kids wished for more space in the room.

Best location in Naples - safe and clean, 5 minutes walk to the city center and the harbor! Excellent rooms, big and clean with all the necessary facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money!

The attention at breakfast was not adequate. The 3 days of the stay we had to be asking them to replace the food. For example, we had to ask for more fruit, because what little there was was in bad condition, including a rotten apple. The consequence was that we had to eat very cold fruit every day, fresh from the fridge. And the worst thing was the bad face that the breakfast manager made, as if we were bothering you. Another day, after serving us the last of the salty breakfast (some scrambled eggs and bacon) we watched as the breakfast manager noticed that there was nothing left, but she didn't bring any more food, even though there was still a lot of time to finish the official breakfast time and more customers arrived afterwards. In short, it is not acceptable that in a hotel of this price they are not attentive to replace the food when it is missing, and above all that the clients do not have to put up with the lack of professionalism and education of the staff in charge... The rest of the staff is correct and pleasant

The room had a fantastic view of the Gulf of Naples, but it was quite small for our family. Staff provided excellent service, making our stay nice in 2023.

Nice small hotel in a very convienient location. Very clean and tidy with helpful staff.

Non of the rooms have a sea view, so little point paying extra for a sea view that you need to hang out of the window to sea!!

Amazing views and sweet surprises!

We were blown away on my fiancée's bday when they surprised us with a cake and prosecco-totally free! The staff was so sweet! Plus, waking up to the Gulf of Naples view was unreal. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety. It got kinda repetitive. Still, would recommend!

The location was perfect for exploring attractions, and the staff were super friendly, helping us book trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum. The breakfast had a solid variety, and the room insulation kept the neighborhood sounds at bay. I recommend visiting the nearby Molo Beverello Port for ferry rides!

The room was a bit small for our group, made moving around a little challenging at times.
